General terms of use
- Object
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as “GTCU”) is to define the terms and conditions of use of the services offered on the GPT Génie website.
- Acceptance of T&Cs
Access to and use of GPT Génie’s services are subject to acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The user undertakes to read them carefully and to respect them unreservedly.
- Description of Services
GPT Génie provides users with articles on the subject of AI, and offers free and paid services for using Artificial Intelligence.
- User accounts
- Creation: To access certain services, users must create an account.
- Account personality: An account on GPT Génie is strictly personal and corresponds to a physical person as well as his/her close family, i.e. spouse/concubine and minor or student children. The user agrees not to share, lend or transfer his account to any other person or entity.
- Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and for all activities that occur under their account.
- Information: The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
- Use of the Services
The user agrees not to use GPT Génie’s services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in any way contrary to these GTC.
- Intellectual Property
All content on GPT Génie, such as text, graphics, logos and software, is the property of Absylom SA or its partners and is protected by copyright.
- Limitation of liability
Absylom SA cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of GPT Génie or from the impossibility of accessing the site.
- Transmission of data to third parties
When using the Artificial Intelligence query features on GPT Génie, the data you provide may be transmitted to OpenAI for ChatGPT as well as to other companies that own any Artificial Intelligences used by our service. It is important to note that Absylom SA has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the manner in which OpenAI or these third-party companies process, store or use your data. By using these services, you acknowledge and accept this transmission of data. We strongly advise you not to share sensitive, confidential or personal data when interacting with Artificial Intelligences on our platform.
- Modification of the GTCU
Absylom SA reserves the right to modify these GCU at any time. The user is therefore invited to consult them regularly.
- Cancellation
Absylom SA may terminate or suspend the user’s access to all or part of GPT Génie at any time, for any reason and without notice.
- Applicable law and jurisdiction
These GTC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. Any dispute arising in connection with GPT Génie shall be submitted to the competent court in Geneva.
